 Michelle is a highly regarded consultant with over 25 years of experience supporting organisations across strategy, operations, governance, change management and human-centred development. She brings deep expertise in organisational and individual development, conflict management, mediation and strengths-based approaches.

Michelle has held CEO and senior executive roles across local government in NSW and Queensland, most recently as Deputy General Manager Corporate and Community at Bellingen Shire Council. During her tenure, she led diverse portfolios including Community Wellbeing, Economic Development and Tourism, Governance and Engagement, Finance, Sustainability, Waste Services and Information Technology.

Known for her strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, Michelle builds trust across all levels, from Ministers to frontline teams.
